Where else would I have my last happy hour in Key West but at Jack’s Bar by the pool? Tomorrow, we splash the boat and head to Jacksonville, Florida.
I got the trim tabs done today and finished painting the boat yesterday. Now all we have to do is clean up all the tools and tidy up inside the boat before we splash it. We got the boat provisioned this morning with groceries for the next 10 days.
It's gonna take about 10 days to get to Jacksonville, cruising at about 50 miles a day. I'm really looking forward to getting back on the water and leaving the hard life behind. Life is good in Key West!
