Today we went out in the boat with Jim and Debbie to catch a bunch of crab. We dropped about six pots and let them soak for about 20 minutes. Then we started pulling them back up. It started off a little slow, but we ended up with 57 crabs for the six of us!
Since only four of us were keeping crabs, that was about 15 crabs apiece. A very successful day! It was a little cool out on the water, but still a very nice day.
We spent over three hours picking the crab meat after we steamed them.
