Cruising into Savannah's Historic Charm

We had a 30-mile cruise today into Savannah's downtown historic district. We got a docking spot right downtown at the city dock with electricity. Walking the town was absolutely wonderful, even though it was really, really hot!

We enjoyed some drinks and appetizers at a rooftop bar, soaking in the views. For dinner, we went to a place called Vick's on the River. Yolanda had a really good pan-seared grouper, while I had a mediocre Caesar salad. But let me tell you, the biscuits they served were pretty awesome!

All in all, we had a really good day on the Intracoastal Waterway, wrapping up our adventure in Savannah, Georgia.
