We had a long day on the water today. We left around 9 AM and finished up around 5:30 PM. We covered 56 miles on the Intracoastal Waterway from Fernandina Beach all the way to a little island called Doboy Island.
The journey was pretty uneventful, but we did pass through a lot of marine grasslands. It was just us curving through the countryside with not a whole lot to see. Just a long, hot day at 95°!
Now, we're anchored up at Doboy Island. Tomorrow, we do it all again, heading towards Savannah.
